Bravo Group’s Advocacy Tool Earns PR Award

When it comes to the work we do at Bravo Group, we’ve made our name by winning the tough fights.  A recent example is our new digital publication, The Stream.

The Stream focuses on the Marcellus and Utica shale plays and publishes important ideas that emerge from experts, media, government decision makers, industry and industry-influenced organizations with aggregated news and social media voices.

In one spot, The Stream provides insight about what’s happening in the industry, foresight related to what’s about to happen and a healthy mix of A-to-Z news and views from the people involved in and impacted by the energy industry. This wealth of information is sent to subscribers through The Daily Stream, a five-day a week email newsletter that aggregates energy industry news, policy updates, editorials and social media buzz.

Media and information access are our constant companions today and consumers make their own choices about who they trust for news and when, where and how they’ll consume it. Bravo Group has not only synthesized the process, but has brought focus to today’s digital cacophony, ensuring each stakeholder can consider all of the news and ideas together and discuss issues from an informed viewpoint.

Recently, our firm received a first place Renaissance Award from the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Pittsburgh chapter for The Stream during an awards ceremony and dinner held January 28 at the Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh.

“We’re proud that The Stream has been recognized as a valuable tool in educating stakeholders on the latest energy news in Pennsylvania and beyond,” Chris Bravacos, Bravo Group’s president and CEO, said.  “It shows that the platform is valued by readers so much so that it is shared by them.”

Bravo Group is strategically built  to bring the art of public relations to public policy.  Bravo always has assembled the perfect mix of professionals – from pure advocacy professionals and experts in major industry sectors to media and creative veterans – and joined these forces in the best mix for each client with the goal of moving fast to win tough fights. Our cache of subject experts, who appear regularly on The Stream,  have built relationships with leaders across industry sectors and they are eager to share their thoughts as well.

While The Stream is a great new tool for public policy advocacy, it’s also a new template for how industries can work together to educate, motivate and mobilize audiences to action.

Do you want to receive the latest news about the rapidly changing energy industry across Pennsylvania and the U.S.? If so, sign up to receive The Stream in your inbox daily and be on top of what’s happening in energy now.
