Richard Hayden
Senior Project Director
I specialize in managing and executing complex legislative and regulatory projects. I combine knowledge of the law and understanding of a legislator’s and regulator’s perspectives and responsibilities.
I worked on major environmental, energy and policy matters for Democratic gubernatorial campaigns and transitions. I received the Mid-Atlantic States Air & Solid Waste Management Association’s legislative award for my bipartisan work on major amendments to the PA Air Pollution Control Act.
