Caleb brings wide-ranging policy knowledge from previous service as an executive director for the Democratic Caucus, primarily for the House Human Services Committee, to advocate on issues that impact the healthcare industry. He also served as a budget analyst in the House and has nonprofit research and fundraising experience. He holds a bachelor’s in political science and philosophy from Gettysburg College and a Master of Public Administration in political science and government from Shippensburg University.
