Brian is a veteran lobbyist who is well-versed in legislative issues and processes. His deep relationships and experience have delivered wins for clients in the areas of education, public safety, workforce development and general business interests.

Brian has been a key advocate in successfully lobbying for the expansion of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit program and the interests of charter schools and hybrid learning.

Brian served Govs. Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker as the director of legislative and public affairs for the Department of Labor and Industry, acting as the primary lobbyist, and he was a member of the political staff of Gov. Ridge’s reelection campaign. Additionally, Brian volunteered for the presidential campaign of George W. Bush. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University.

Dami contributes to and develops planning, execution and analysis of our data needs. She uncovers relevant and actionable insights through primary analysis, develops social network analysis plans and supports the digital marketing team.

Dami thrives on learning about clients and the firm from the data perspective, which constantly leads to new insights that can be used to meet objectives. Before joining the firm, Dami served as a data analyst for MavenCode LLC in Texas, where she provided support for the software development unit by aggregating and analyzing data, and defining implementation and architecture for scientific data analysis.

Dami graduated from Covenant University with a Bachelor of Science in economics, and she earned a Master of Science in applied analytics from Columbia University.

Lauren has spent her career in the corporate and public sectors, and her experience includes the state legislature, the Department of Labor and Industry, the PA Public Utility Commission and Manager of Government Affairs for Duquesne Light Company.

Lauren believes it’s important to have a plan, but it’s more important to be able to strategically improvise and quickly adjust that plan. Outside of the office, Lauren’s adventure-seeking mentality has led her to compete in triathlons and trail races, and she continuously seeks new challenges.

Using several research approaches, he analyzes results and data sets and communicates the findings to clients using clear, innovative reports.

Before joining Bravo Research, Rami held the position of vice president of market research at a Pittsburgh-based firm. He oversaw a team of researchers and conducted primary market research for health care, education and energy clients. Rami is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, having earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and rhetoric.

Chris created the firm that wins tough fights, bringing a campaign approach to communications challenges. Under his direction, Bravo Group has become a leader in energy, life sciences, health care, education and infrastructure communications, working on behalf of companies, causes and governments where public opinion is critical to success.

Chris began his career in Washington, D.C., as a press office intern and then as a congressional aide. He then served as the state Republican Party executive director and as a top legislative aide for the Tom Ridge administration. He has advised numerous causes and state and national candidates. Most recently, he was the Pa. state chairman of the Rubio for President campaign.

Chris is a member of the Dean’s Council for the School of Communications at American University and is the chair of Excellent Schools PA, a statewide education reform advocacy organization. He graduated from American University with a double major in print journalism and political science and a concentration in marketing.

Michelle has had a communications career diverse in job titles and locations. She has experience as a media planner/buyer in Louisville, Kentucky, as an advertising manager for a company in Winfield, West Virginia, and as a media director for a firm in Richmond, Virginia. She has managed small, focused media efforts as well as multimillion-dollar national retail accounts.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communications from Marshall University and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University.

Sean began his career as a reporter, working for several newspapers before spending five years in the Pennsylvania Capitol Newsroom, where he covered state issues and politics. Sean served for nearly eight years as the press secretary for two Pennsylvania attorneys general. He handled all major media issues for the office, including several criminal, consumer protection, antitrust and charitable trust cases.

Following government service, Sean worked for four years as a public relations and government affairs consultant in Harrisburg, focusing on law enforcement and legal issues. Sean is a graduate of Wilkes University.

Before joining Bravo Group, Matt held the title of coordinator for the nationally acclaimed Keystone Opportunity Zone program. He worked closely with other participating state agencies to develop and execute the program. He served as the department’s program liaison to localities, business leaders and individual taxpayers throughout the commonwealth.

Earlier in her career, Kelley worked for Ketchum Public Relations, Burson-Marsteller and Brabender Cox. She went on to found and manage KDenny and Partners Public Relations and co-found Prwerks Public Relations. Kelley worked as a congressional press secretary and served as a communications field adviser for the Republican National Committee and the Committee to Reelect George H.W. Bush for president.

Kelley graduated from The State University of New York at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and political science.

With more than a decade of TV news experience, Will brings a seasoned lens to our media relations strategies. His role is instrumental in securing media coverage for clients and establishing relationships with media organizations. Will has traveled nationally and internationally to cover events, including the Boston Marathon bombing and the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Before joining us, Will was a photojournalist at the local NBC affiliate.

Will has earned a regional Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Video, and his work has been recognized by the National Press Photographers Association, the Pennsylvania Associated Press Broadcasters Association and the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of NATAS. Will attended Widener University, where he studied communications with a concentration in broadcasting.

Jessica comes to the firm with two decades of political experience serving in senior roles with state and national campaigns and party committees, including national political director for Marco Rubio for President, regional political director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and deputy operations director of Romney for President.

She was a regional political director at the Republican National Committee for three years, working with campaign and party leaders in 14 states across the Southeast, after serving as deputy political director during the 2008 presidential cycle. Before moving to Washington, D.C., she managed gubernatorial and congressional campaigns in her home state of North Carolina and directed the Bush-Cheney Victory 2004 effort.

Jessica serves as a volunteer trainer with the Women’s Democracy Network of the International Republican Institute. In addition to being a conference panelist in Slovenia in 2016, she trained women running for office in Albania in 2017. She was a recipient of the 2015 Maverick PAC’s Future 40 Award and the 2016 Distinguished Alumni Award from the Department of Political Science at East Carolina University.

Employing her outgoing and friendly personality, Maren welcomes and directs visitors, answers phones, maintains incoming and outgoing mail distribution and coordinates deliveries. She assists with a variety of administrative duties that ensure afternoons at Bravo run smoothly.

Before joining us, Maren was a new business analyst at MetLife, where – in addition to running the front desk and company phone – she processed and filed new insurance policies and claims, and was trusted to facilitate and record business transactions.

When she isn’t manning the entrance, Maren switches hats, taking off her administrative cap and replacing it with a cheerleader bow for both of her teenage sons. Whether it is baseball or basketball, Maren proudly takes on the role of her sons’ biggest fan.

Her early career was spent as a staff writer for The Patriot-News in Harrisburg, UPI and suburban Pittsburgh weeklies. Yvonne spent a decade working for the Legislature, beginning as a writer/editor and eventually serving as director of the PR office for the Democratic Caucus of the House of Representatives.

Yvonne tackled international work with the Cromer Group and the U.S. Agency for International Development, writing for Serbian officials and companies during their transition to a democracy and market economy. She graduated from Point Park College in Pittsburgh.

Noelle oversees new product development and serves as the liaison between business and technology teams. Noelle serves as our GDPR Data Protection Officer and has played an integral role in the firm’s global expansion. She has extensive experience working with clients in the U.S. and internationally in strategic advising, training and on-the-ground implementation.

Noelle previously served as Digital Director, and she designed and operationalized our digital practice. Noelle joined the firm with experience at MSLGROUP in New York City, where she refined her skills in campaign development and outreach as a key member of the corporate client team. She graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University.

As Senior Director, Creative Content, Amanda oversees the content creation process, from large-scale strategic brainstorming to day-to-day visualization of content in traditional and digital platforms.

Amanda has deep experience in managing and implementing communications strategy and creative work, having served as vice president of brand communications at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. She led an award-winning team, bringing the brand voice to life. Her editorial experience at several national publications also shaped her creative eye and understanding of what makes copy sing.

She earned degrees in English and media arts and design with a journalism concentration from James Madison University, where she received the JMU Media Arts and Design Print Journalism Student of the Year award.

Before joining us, Abby served as the director of communications and advocacy for the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance. As new media manager for a local advocacy firm, she developed its digital service offerings and managed communications and advocacy strategy. Most recently, as director of marketing for the Pennsylvania Health Care Association, Abby developed and implemented operational processes and strategy.

Abby is active in the community, serving on the regional council for Make-A-Wish and providing support for local economic development programs and fundraisers. Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication with a concentration in public relations and minor in business administration from Messiah College.

Before joining the firm, Claudia worked as a management consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick, a marketing analyst with Coca-Cola and a marketing researcher with Competitive Media Reporting. Most recently, Claudia was the executive assistant to the managing directors and account administrator at TGS Financial.

Spearheading several programs in the product development spectrum for Bravo Research, Evan has helped develop new client offerings in social media monitoring, online research capabilities and innovation training and development. He has experience working with clients in a range of therapeutic areas, including ADHD, hepatitis C, diabetes, ulcerative proctitis, GERD and chronic kidney disease.

She began her career in the state Senate as executive director of the Public Health and Welfare Committee, and she served as director of the Office of Legislative Affairs in the Department of Public Welfare, spearheading passage of legislation related to welfare, Medicaid and child support

Anne also served as deputy secretary of legislative affairs in the office of Gov. Tom Ridge, where she supervised legislative liaisons for 12 executive agencies. She has worked as a government affairs consultant for Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney. She also worked as vice president of public policy at Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children and director of government affairs at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Jessica shines in fast-paced settings and excels at editing and writing content for distribution and publication on multiple platforms, as well as working with channel strategists.

Leading up to his tenure in the Ridge administration, Dennis acted as the chief of staff to former senator and later Attorney General Mike Fisher. David’s 30-plus years of domestic and international experience span several industries.

He is president of Aberdeen Strategies, a strategic communications advisory firm. Prior to founding Aberdeen Strategies, David was the chief communications officer and head of public affairs for Sunoco Inc., a Fortune 100 energy company based in Philadelphia.

Previously, he led communications for Centex Corp. and Regions Financial. He also served as senior vice president of business affairs at Chase Card Services. While at JPMorganChase, he and his team created co-branded product and media relations campaigns in partnership with Disney, Southwest Airlines and Starbucks. He has also held senior communications positions at Bank One, First USA and Pennzoil Co.

Through political participation in local, state and federal races in southeastern Pennsylvania, Ivana has cultivated the campaign mindset that is deeply embedded in the firm's approach.

Before joining Bravo Group, she took on multiple roles with Pat Meehan for Congress and was responsible for communications, grassroots and fundraising actions. Ivana also stood in the trenches with the Tom McGarrigle for Senate campaign, which won the most highly contested state Senate race in 2014 through rigorous community mobilization and advocacy.

Previously, Ivana worked as a nonprofit advocate for LIFT Communities. She has spent time in Madagascar, where she conducted an intensive study of the country’s political and socioeconomic landscapes.
