SNAP Concerns

SNAP (the EBT card or food stamps) is a food assistance program that helps low-income people pay for groceries. The largest beneficiaries are children and older adults.

Opinion of the SNAP program:

Congress is considering a bill to cut $700 billion from Medicaid and $300 billion from SNAP. Do you support or oppose these cuts?

How concerned would you be if more than 2 million children lost at least some SNAP benefits?

How concerned would you be if more than 7.6 million people lost Medicaid?

Understanding energy priorities

The Trump administration plans to expedite natural gas pipeline development for national energy security and cost reductions, sometimes overriding state or local objections regarding environmental, landowner, and community impacts.

This approach means:

National goals are effectively being met while state/local concerns are adequately addressed — 13%

National goals are primarily met, with general consideration for state/local concerns — 19%

National goals often take precedence over fully addressing state/local concerns — 17%

National goals are heavily prioritized, with significant disregard for state/local concerns — 51%

Each month, we survey Pennsylvania registered voters through digital advertising, randomized text message outreach and email recontact with prior opt-in survey participants. This multichannel recruitment ensures a refreshed and representative respondent pool.

This digital survey of 626 likely Pennsylvania voters was conducted from June 10-16, 2025. Results were weighted by age, gender, and political party to reflect Pennsylvania’s electorate, producing a 95% credibility interval: ±4 percentage points.
