Dick has represented sector leaders and breakthrough technologies in energy, environmental and health care fields for more than 20 years as a partner in State Street Advisors. His experience includes service as a Pennsylvania House member, regulatory drafting and lobbying, and representing clients in state permitting processes. He was selected to serve on gubernatorial transition teams and was nominated and confirmed to serve as an appointee to the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. Dick also chaired the successful Nutter for Mayor campaign and served on a community bank board in Philadelphia leading up to its sale to a publicly traded bank. He received a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Boston College and his JD from Villanova Law School.
