Pre-canvassing

Under current Pennsylvania law, mail-in ballots may not be processed until 7:00 AM on Election Day. Some states allow ballots to be processed before Election Day, but not counted, in a process known as “pre-canvassing.”

Anti-weaponization fund

The Justice Department recently announced the creation of a $1.776 billion ‘Anti-Weaponization Fund.’

The fund would allow individuals pardoned by President Trump in connection with the January 6, 2021 Capitol breach to seek financial compensation for claims of government overreach.

We survey all Pennsylvania-registered voters through digital advertising, randomized text-message outreach, and email recontact with prior opt-in survey participants. This multichannel recruitment ensures a refreshed and representative respondent pool.

This digital survey of 684 likely Pennsylvania voters was conducted from May 20-24, 2026. Results were weighted by age, gender, and political party to reflect Pennsylvania’s electorate, yielding a 95% credibility interval of ±5.3 percentage points. You can read more about our methodology here.
